Erin Mills Optimum Health is a true Wellness Centre with five professions working together to provide the optimum health experience.

Our clinic, which has been continually enhancing and expanding since 1977, has 3 Doctors of Chiropractic, a Naturopathic Doctor, a Chiropodist/Foot Doctor, 3 Registered Massage Therapists and a Reflexologist.

While most of our patients initially come to our clinic seeking one particular therapy, many take advantage of the other therapies and find that this integrative and complimentary approach helps them to advance their goal of optimizing their health naturally.

We are conveniently located in the Erin Mills area of Mississauga, we have ample free parking and we are open from early morning to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday as well as Saturday morning.
