The Master Antioxidant – Glutathione
Glutathione is an amazing antioxidant. The best delivery of this is through
intravenous therapy, but you can also ingest the antioxidant.
Our bodies use Antioxidants in order to prevent our body from “rusting” or becoming damaged by oxygen. Oxygen is obviously important for our bodies to live, but interestingly can also be damaging to our bodies.

- Dream Whey Protein- 1 scoop
- 1 cup Almond milk or rice milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup blueberries or blackberries or peaches
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 ice cubes
- handful of spinach, kale or chard
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon or turmeric
