New Patients

New patients are always welcome at Erin Mills Optimum Health. While some people are referred by their family doctors, many are introduced to our clinic by family members, co-workers and friends. After filling out an initial health questionnaire you will meet your Health Practitioner and undergo a comprehensive consultation to find out as much as possible about your presenting complaint, your general state of health, and the goals that you have to enhance your health.

After the consultation, an examination will be conducted expertly and professionally to arrive at a diagnosis. A plan of therapy and recommendations will then be proposed and if you find that this plan fits into your goal of looking after your immediate health concern as well as optimizing your over all health then we can begin treatment.
