Myra is passionate about holistic health, emotional healing, and using food as medicine to address root issues. After watching her mom heal her auto-immune disorders naturally and go from powerless to empowered, she started using dietary & lifestyle changes to tackle her own stomach issues and anxiety, and panic attacks.

In 2020, she began her studies as a Health and Life Coach at the Health Coaching Institute. Coaching blends powerful inner work with practical action steps to work towards a singular, empowered goal. It is future-focused, and combines guidance with accountability to make habit change inevitable. After gaining back her health and recovering from anxiety attacks & fatigue with the added tool of coaching, she began helping others in the same way.

Myra works with individuals and small groups to bridge the gap between anxiety and alignment at Erin Mills Optimum Health. Through 1:1 coaching and visualization circles, she helps get you to the root of your pain point, and achieve long-term, sustainable habit change.

Along with mindset tools and holistc actions, Myra is now exploring the world of healing through art. As a Woodburning Artist of over five years, she has begun incorporating colour and art (such as expressive painting & colour coaching) in coaching as a powerful tool to address anxiety, stress, overwhelm, low self-esteem, and general hopelessness.
