How to write a birth plan Some couples get stumped when trying to figure out how to write down their birth preferences or birth plan. They just don’t know where to start! This is a great exercise for mom’s to picture what they ideally during labour. It is also helpful for their birth partners and OBs or midwives to look over during the latter stages of pregnancy and to review at their birth place.
