The Gifts of Imperfection I was in a recent patient visit when this book came to mind. It’s an oldie but goodie! It came into print about 10 years ago by Brené Brown. Those of you who know her, love her like I do. The Gifts of Imperfection is a book about setting boundaries, embracing your imperfections and to recognize that you are enough.
