Who doesn’t want thick gorgeous hair?

There has been a significant influx of patients with hair concerns over the past 6 months so I thought I was fitting to write about this issue.

Hair loss, for women and men, can be a very stressful situation. It frames our face and helps to define our look. Don’t get me wrong, I know that everyone’s beauty shines from the inside out–but hair is still an important aspect of ourselves and can often be a sign that something is ‘off’ in the body.

Hair loss can be a symptom of some the following:

1. Nutrient deficiency

2. Hormonal imbalance or rebalancing such as postpartum

3. External or internal infection

4. Autoimmune disorder

5. Emotional Stress

By finding out what the root cause is behind the hair loss, we can begin to treat it in an effective way.

Don’t lose hope if this is happening to you. Naturally, there is always a solution!

For more information on how to keep you and your family healthy, I can help in a couple of ways:
