Heads up

Last week both my niece and my daughter hit their head. One on a jungle gym and the other on a trampoline. What are you going to do with busy girls? We would love to keep them in a bubble but inevitably they will hurt themselves at some point.
For my niece she had to be taken to get assessed and sure enough had a concussion.
In these cases it is always better to err on the side of caution and get an assessment. While this is all happening though, there are lots of ways that you can help ease the inflammation that is occurring in the head.
1.  Arnica 1M: I’ve mentioned this favourite homeopathic before! A superbe remedy for any injury. 3 pellets 3-4x/day
2. Turmeric honey: You can purchase this blend or DIY. Mix 1 tsp of unpasteurized honey with 1/2 tsp turmeric and add to toast or a cracker. An excellent anti-inflammatory.
3. Unplug: steer clear of any devices/T.V. Best to turn on some tunes or an audio recording from their favourite author.
