Here’s a recipe for your loved ones for Valentines Day! This one is the perfect gift for moms or dads!
The Ashwaganda is a great for energy and the adrenal glands. The maca is a great tonic and great for the libido!
- 1 tbsp powdered Ashwaganda (organic traditions)
- 1 tbsp powdered Maca (organic traditions)
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 3/4 cup soaked dates (drain excess water before adding to food processor)
- 3 tbsp natural and organic Peanut butter or Macademia nut butter (or mix them together)
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
1. Put wet ingredients in and pulse for approximately 5 minutes until dates get mixed in (add 1 tbsp of water if needed)
2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl then add to food processor and blend until everything is mixed well.
3. Carefully roll into 1 inch balls
4. To set, place in fridge or freezer for 15 minutes on parchment.
5. Store in airtight container–freezes well!
