- Dream Whey Protein- 1 scoop
- 1 cup Almond milk or rice milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup blueberries or blackberries or peaches
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 ice cubes
- handful of spinach, kale or chard
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon or turmeric
