The local hockey team is the Port Credit Storm which plays within Mississauga Hockey League against the Erindale Spitfires. The Mississauga Hockey League is an excellent hockey association which allows great competition at many levels for children all within the driving boundaries of Mississauga. Port Credit also is perfectly located for water sports such as rowing and canoeing along the Credit River, and sailing or boating on Lake Ontario.
